Welcome to the home of the Investment Holders Settlement Trust. The purpose of this site was to provide trust beneficiaries quick and easy access to information regarding trust activities. The Trust is now desolved and all assets of the Trust distributed to the beneficiaries. Any unclaimed or returned distributions by law will be turned over to the State of California for holding. If you are a beneficiary and have not received a distribution you believe you are entitled to, please go the the California State Controller's Webpage and search for your property there. The link is California State Controller Property Search. Note that it may take some time for asset to show up in the list.
